5'8", 169lbs, 18 inch arms, 26 inch waist, 18 inch neck, 25 inch legs. Bench press 315 for 5, Squat 405 for 6, Dead lift 495 for 5. Though I could not do those poundages when I was weak, and dieted. I could do them when I weighed 180.
