all jokes aside it would be pretty good to train with jay a couple of times, get his insight into nutrition...
but that guy does NOT look like a pro at all, does anyone one know what show he won to get his pro card?

Well, he is 21 and won the IFBB World Junior Championship last December.

Not unlike your spelling skills :P  But remember the kid is supposedly only 21 right?  So he's got plenty of years, and shitloads more juice, to go before he gets to be a "big" guy
