Lookin at it now, I know we discussed this before on here, but it looks like there is fatty tissue or scar tissue or something on his lower inner pecs.
Do you know if his chest was sepparating like Ruhl's and he had some implants placed there? anyone know more about this?

You must have the "in" on all the top guys! Looks like pectus carinatum to me. Wonder if he's had any mitral valve problems, could be a reason for his "double pneumonia" he had.... |

I said this on this board years ago and people yelled at me, said Shane DiMora had the same thing which was somehow supposed to prove it wasn't synthol or something. Whatever it is, it looks wierd and definitely does not enhance his physique, but then again I'm a guy who felt Dennis looked best when he turned pro at a lighter bvodyweight with much better lines. |

Look up Shane Dimora....he had the same thing...and about 20 years prior to Synthol being around. Not synthol, but what the hell it is, and why....I can't explain. |

It is 100% NOT synthol, simply just a deep fiber tear that never healed properly. |

yeah could be, though it's completely non-evident when he's relaxed. PC usually is evident even when relaxed. |

Samir Bannout has the same thing as Dennis...  I'm beginning to think it's some kind of surgery used to full a gap with fat, as the skin shows little to no signs of having regular pec muscle underneath it. |

It's probably natural. Franco had that weird crease. Everybody is different.

francos crease was due to his incredible chest development and separation. i cant think of what natural cause could have caused this look in james/bannout. |

If you have seen his pics from when he is young you can tell he never had great chest genetics but he def built it into one of his strongest parts.
