Shawn, in an effort to build the perfect physique reduced his thighs for the sake of overall proportion and cost himself an O. They all need one freaky bodypart.

In this video we see gyno at 1:49 and injection site issues on his delt at 1:55-6.  If you look at his traps from the front, perfection, but in a back shot they did not have the flair the needed, they should have swept off his neck downward.

And yeah,  his cranium, being quite large seems to distort his overall physique. 

One more thing, that squeaky and whiney voice of his is somewhat irritating.

The competition was better, Haney,Yates and Coleman made him look like a baby.
They had to come off season with bloated faces to lose to someone that weigh 40lbs less on competition day.

This was his heaviest year where he weighed around 218lbs, he was big but didnt have the razor sharp conditioning he showed in 1994, 1996 and 1997.
Thats why a year later in 2000 he lost 6lbs and came down to 212lbs
