First off who the hell is Layne Norton? 2nd  the guy could be drug free at 220 and 10%.
A good bencher can press 500 at that wt with a modern bench short and be drug free as well, c'mon.

I think that's a little harsh.  All I'm saying is that Layne has been able to put on decent size and get shredded.  At 5'11, he has been as high as 227 and not exactly fat.  That's pretty good if he is indeed natural.  I agree that his structure leaves a little to be desired, but you can only work with what you have.
