It good now...It will take this year for it to bottom out.   Whoever is being tricked into buying homes now is gonna hate it when it drops another 20% or more soon.   The cry to buy homes is from suckers who wnat money in the market, but dont realize that you have to wait for all the builders and people that are hanging on now to give out.    Sadly they are holding up the titanic if they over mortgaged......matter of time.

Bingo. Did you  hear about those people going to Detroit to buy those deflated houses?

Granted some will make money, but the majority are going to lose out.

I have been busy but will look into REITs as the time comes, have not seen neuro post on here cause he's been sick something to ask him about.
