Mexican could have backed out...I can "kinda" see his point why he didn't. But once the guy starts swinging on you, you would think to get the fuck out of there.
Then after all the beating you just took, you get up and walk over to his X5 and break his window? Yeah, as if the guy isn't going to knock the living fuck out of you after that!!!

I got a friend, total MMA fighter (for real, no TapOut fake shit here) that is on more shit than the CIBA factory produced. He's sitting in his car during Xmas time this past year, waiting for his parking spot. The spot is vacated and some homie drives around my friend and steals the spot. My friend calmly gets out, asks why he took his spot, and the ever so intelligent driver mouths off something like "it's mine now fucker." My friend, Jack, says to himself "hell no!" walks up to the guy and breaks his arm at the elbow. Throws two or three punches to the passenger knocking him out cold on the pavement, then proceeds to watch the third and final guy run away. Not so tough anymore, eh guys? After all that, Jack, didn't want to shop anymore so he got in his car and went home.

We just had an off duty cop shooting here in San Diego where the off cop got into a road rage incident with a 28 year old Mom and her 8 year old son, cop pulled out his blaster and fired 5 rounds into the side of the car. 2 rounds into Mom and one into the 8 year old.

Cop said the 8 year old was "reaching for his waistband" where said cop saw a "shiny object", and "fearing for his life", shot in "self defense". Never found a weapon on the 8 year old or Mom.

Something tells me that throw away defense is not going to work this time.
