Tried it once got to 190 it was difficult to keep the weight on and I felt like crap!

I know brutal ceiling fan string, sheets, blinds, and baby gap black shirt!!

Alot of people can get big at 18%+ but he's ripped and has some good size. Judging from his structure he's also pretty proportionate and can probably stay lean fairly easily.

em- you look very good..its tought to get that lean and hold that amount of muscle...although i think you are probably a genetically very lean person.

if you want some constructive criticism...you could use some rear delts.
