IGF gets washed into the system almost immediately so even it doesn't have localized growth.  People mistake localized growth with it because they are injecting into muscles that were just worked out.  In fact you could work your biceps out and inject IGF into your quads and get the most growth in your biceps.

[/quote Steroid injections can rip the fascia of the muscle just like synthol, but the difference is the oil in the synthol stays in the muscle 10 times longer so you get 2 site injection benefits of synthol 1- breaking fascia and 2 accumulated oil buildup under the muscle which makes the muscle larger because the volume of the oil takes up space. After several months of no synthol the oil will dissipate and your muscle will shrink but not entirely because growth would have still occurred from the fascia ripping.
   So back to the question. Steroids can't cause the effect of synthol because the oil doesn't build up, however it can still rip the the fascia if used in the same bodypart vary frequently, by  frequently I mean 1 cc in each bicep every day, which obviously 99 % of people won`t do. This is why so many people don`t get benefits off site injections from steroids, but its still very possible especially among smaller body parts.
