i just saw the newest PL USA that had an interview with him in it and it had an ad for his video with the interview, says he does the freakish benches and inclines and then stuff like 495x5 and 545x4 barbell row, 455 shoulder press, 365 hang cleans, 115 pound lateral raises and 105 pound seated front raises, i'd love to see this stuff, i've seen the 675x1 raw bench and 605x1 incline in the gym but not the rest.
