Hi Freinds:

Jus came to Delhi and participated in Mr. India 2008. I gottop 15. This was
my best performance look wise..with tight conditionedmuscles.

Im sorry im 6-6'1" and wight is 190 lbs..lol.. but yeah i was in the 85-90 kg category and the guy who won even though approximately
same weight was a few inches shorter so made him look bigger... will try to add on some lbs of muscle

Mr.India is an IFBB sanctioned contest. There are 10 weight classes. The winner of each class can apply for pro status.
I dont have a photo of the winner as prejudging was on saturday and i was not selected in top 6 . Finals was on Sunday.
I will try to get you the pics if i get them.

Solid build my friend.  I would work on widening the shoulders and adding more size to the outer quads for extra sweep.  Don't fuck up your waist and you should have a good future.

You did excellent,and I think u have serious potential, given the fact that your structure is very good. Get on the good stuff and see what happenes. Ok, you still need to be thicker and by that I mean more depth to your muscle as it appears on your frame.
Your waist is good as is and you have a decent overall frame and structure.
I think a diet correction with a few sets of lower reps done in slow rep fashion might help.
