I did back then biceps.. my arms always cramp up. I drank a lot of water too.
Thats because you're getting too much arms in your back workout....Make sure to use the wrist straps with EVERY back exercise and lighten up the weight a bit. Focus on using your index and middle finger predominately....
Dorian Yates says that if you're able to work another bodypart on back day then you're not working your back hard enough. Back should get its own day and nothing else according to the master.
Hey Bob, what do you think about training tri's with chest and bi's with back?
Never liked it, and don't advocate it....either train seperate parts, or at least a push pull (chest/bi's)

the best is to do bis with tris, but I don't anymore because I had elbow surgery.. so i do tris/chest/shoulders on the same day so i my elbow doesn't get aggravated more than once a week.
