If I had to choose, then obviously Germany. I've been offered a move to France, but hell no. Nice country, shame about the French.

I have dual citizenship....

Still I haven't lived in the States in over 10 years and have no intention of returning. I don't pay American taxes or social security. There won't be any social security left anyway...
