I have the same problem with my new office mate. How can I post on Getbig all day when my office smells like rotting corpses!

Do you have a Union Steward or Employee Rep. If so go this Route and he or she can do it unbiased and professionally, on behalf of the workers.

I to went through this and had to talk to an employee on this subject.

Sometimes people really just don't realize they have an issue, and if done right the employee may even thank you for you're guidance
