as you can see in this picture, Stallone has awesome arm development

although I still find those physiques incredible to look at.
This is close to what I was always shooting for with a few slight variations.

That was one of the slight variations I am speaking of.
Also a little more shoulders and slightly thicker chest.
I can't believe his arms are 15 inches though. I would say
16 at least. The biggest mine have been were 17 cut
and that was as big as I wanted for my frame.
Stallone didn't have hardly any bicep peak either which
would be another variation.

not close on any of those measurements.  In person he is a tiny guy.  I remember during Over the Top these girls I was with saw him as he came into the arena and they all said at the same time "oh my god he is so small"  His chest was 50" maybe with a parka on.  I believe his waist could be that size.  And I would say his upper arm is around 16" to 16.5"  17" is pushing it.  He weighed around 175 to 180 or so for that movie.

I'm sure most people who have never met him before believe he is big cause he looks like it on screen.  In person he is far from being big.  he looks great and has veins all over but he is short and thin yet ripped.  Plus, when he is standing by any pro armwrestler he looks like a little kid even with the lifts he has inside his shoes

Rumor has it he had doorways shortened in movies to make him look bigger (just a rumor tho)
