I there any injectable you prefer to inject it on a specific time (lets say before or after your workout)?

i always do it before a workout, i would have to imagine blood is flowing too rapidly after a workout and you'd bleed like a pig.

I couldn't agree more. I seem to have to inject in the morning - before doing anything. I get weird about injecting if I do it later & after lifting.

Usually in the morning after i brush my teeth. If i wake up late then i do it when i get home.

I'm on this train as well, do it in the morning, after a shower. probably at my cleanest then, well I suppose I am....
