if dorian rested for 5mins inbetween sets, didnt use full ROM etc etc,, you would see a much bigger weight on the bar..... ive never seen anyone put so much effort and be so bloody single minded in what there doin,,, dont get me wrong, coleman trained hard as anyone, but he didnt push him self to the limit...
if training with out goin to complete failure doesnt constitute training hard, then your in the wrong sport and you should swap over to power lifting, they lift fuck off huge weights all day long, rarely goin to failure...
