There's a long sequence of him guest posing. And you see how excited the crowd is to be watching Mr. Olympia. [And in damned good shape that far out, IMHO]
It's immediately followed by a new sequence of him working out at Muscle Beach - which can be considered a sort of neutral zone between our world and the real world. Some guy on a p.a. is trying to hype the 20 or so mildly curious onlookers. As their polite applause dies down, Jay looks sheepishly at the camera and says "They wouldn't want to cheer too loud."
A poignant reminder of bodybuilding's true place in the scheme of things.
