In the epic battle where we try to come to the conclusion on WHO TRAINED THE HARDEST it's time for the FINALE!

The votes are in and has been counted!

Dorian SMOKED ronnie, and the majority of people agreed that indeed, he trained HARDER than ronnie did! Those 25 reps per set ronnie did in his last year preparing for mr olympia 2007 didnt help!

Dorian beat arnold - and people even thought he trained harder than MIKE MENTZER (!)

You know what that means?

That means DORIAN YATES is in the finals! Now it will be determined - who trained the hardest in bodybuilding history !!!

steve michaliks trainning articles are too exaggirated ,its all lies he was never that hardcore!!! he mostly relied on cables for most of his exersices as it shows clearly by lookin at his skinny physiqe
however ,blood & guts proved to us how hard Dorian trained ,,his insanity and mentallity toward training led to several muscle tears, but no he never quit ,he keept on going and crushing those heavy weights till he was crowned as the king of bodybuilding

Well, actually, he did'nt deny, he was even pretty honest about using it. Only he claims never using it before turning to the IFBB. He blamed steroids for the shitload of health problems he endured.

There are a ton of youtube videos(not to mention eye witnesses), showing Ronnie training with poundages that would Kill most human beings juiced or not!
As hard as Dorian worked, Ronnie worked harder. As great a Mr Olympia as Dorian was, Ronnie was GREATER. See the pattern...

even if Arnold trained with moderate intensity/medium weights the pure volume alone would be very very difficult.
