i have genetics for muscle mass, but not for keeping muscle mass while getting cut up. as a fat boy i got up to 265 at 16 years old after one year of lifting. i can get big quick.
whats tough for me is holding on to size while i lean out.
but yes, i work very hard, never ever would ever miss a training day, i make my schedule fit my meals, not the other way around, and i have eliminated my social life outside of the gym, school... i go to sleep rather early, train early, and take naps during the day...
