He claims to be an expert, yet he's not been able to diet down a single time in the last 7 years, even though he has been competing several times.

Is it possible that Vince Goodrum simply does not know how to diet?

Vince does not like being hungry, so he decided to just skip the whole "dieting" thing when he embarked on his bodybuilding career.

Vince has sites hosted by a third party who is actually the company behind everything. Vince just pays a fee to have his banner and name put on there. He doesn't have to know anything.

Waddy this diet works best for me by far. I like to eat nothing but fesh fruit, protien mostly from Fish, Ground beef, Chicken and steak, and I drink atleast 8 beers a night.

I have never had as much energy, or been as lean and strong since I started this diet.

I just think that Vince hasnt really applied himself or fully commited himself into "really" dieting or training.

When he said on this board that ALRI was sponsoring him and preparing him to get in the best shape of his life, I was happy for him. Venom s actually a great supplement...

What he needs to do is re-evaluate his diet, nutrition, and training....either he isnt training hard. If he isnt training hard, then his diet must be all wrong..and if his diet is all wrong, he is never ever going to make any progress....

For the Lord's sake, we have experts on this site that can help him....Mike Arvilla, gh15, Candizzle, Jimmy Mentis, Chick, ect.... we have competitve fitness, figure, bodybuilders, and nutritionist/dieticians on GetBig who offer free advice... I dont understand why a lot of pople arent taking advantage of this and utilizing this site and its people...

All he has do is ask and people will give him free knowledge....

GetBig has a lot of rescources...its posters are its resources....

Melvin already knows everything so hardly needs to reach out to anyone here. He dismissed my gym because some equipment was painted purple. That is how the brain of Melvin processes information. He has 'certificates' from the net in nutrition and training but hasn't been able to demonstrate his knowledge through his physique. All we have is hype and empty boasting. The reality is Melvin is a permanent intermediate trainee. There is no evidence that he actually trains in a gym or lifts weights.
