I've not posted anything worth reading since last year.

Lots of baths.  I've lost 10lbs.  Thursday it was 70degrees and t-shirt weather, today it snowed big time.


It's Spring?


They had this hilarious news story yesterday about how 2 litres of water does nothing. 

Turns out it's fluids you havta get in.  6 beers for £5.  Good night.  Na I'm cooking a cheesy pasta mess instead.

i'm about to start a week long fast but am having trouble getting off the ground...CONTROL CONTROL CONTROL.......Time to get the enegitive toxins out and the 12 beers i've just polished off.....

okay, I did the fast and that was purging.  Lost 15lbs.  My winter belly and hips gone in a week. 


Now I've decided to give up sleep.

I really must visit her soon.  She's recently moved to Alderley Edge, Cheshire, the village in which most of the Man U footballers live.

I speak with her every Sunday, but I haven't been up north to visit her since last year and she's gone and moved.

I've planned the outfit:  I'll wear my Liverpool "Candy" vintage t-shirt and hit the pub.  I was hoping to do it on a weekend when Liverpool beats Man U (when Man U are playing at home...

We'll see.  I also need to book a flight to Canada shortly and go and sort out my pension there.  It will be worth more than my British one.
