how many servings of fruit/veggies do you eat daily?  You shouldn't be uncomfortable like that, MOS.  You deserve better.

Not nearly enough...the wife worries cause my protein intake is so high....fortunately the plumbing is still workin tip top.

I never measure to be honest....I just eat until I get the meat sweats or fat girl coma.....whichever comes first.

Just picture yourself after you 4th trip to the chinese buffet...you've shoveled 3 - 4 bites and then realize you can't go anymore and you kinda close your eyes and sit there motionless.....like a fat girl who's just finished her 1st dozen donuts outside the Krispy Kreme in '79 Pinto 5 minutes after the hot donut sign blinked on.
