Funny you should mention that. 
You know, my husband gets a back rub just about every night before bed (yes, he's very lucky ;D)...and he always tells me that I am not squeezing hard enough.  I pinch so hard that my hands hurt, and it's still not hard enough.  You would think that by now, I would have a fierce grip, but it looks like I still need a lot of work.  Good thing I added the grip training in the gym...if I can't tell the difference with my deadlifts, I should be able to tell from the response on my back rubs.

You just wish you had me around to give you back rubs every night!  I'll have to snap off a pic of my REAL hand sometime soon so that you have a better mental image for your fantasies.

Just in case anyone is paying attention to the training in this thread... ;D

I was planning on getting the bench shirt on last night (Monday), but things came up and life got in the way, and it didn't happen. 
Sunday was a day off.  Monday was 48 minutes of AM cardio and no lifting.  Today was 48 minutes of AM cardio...I am training alone tonight, so the bench shirt workout is out of the question.  I am planning on deadlifting tonight and getting the bench shirt on tomorrow night.

I have an elliptical at home (thankfully), and it's got weight loss and cardio programs on it that automatically set up for 48 mins.

Light deadlift workout tonight.

DEADS
warmup - bar x 15, 95 x 12 135 x 5
165 x 5
185 x 5
195 x 5/2 sets
175 x 5/4 sets

SUMOS
165 x 3/4 sets...third set wasn't good so I had to do another

SLDLs - nice and slow, with a loooooooooong stretch (for Geo ;D)
95 x 5
105 x 5/2 sets

I finished off with 4 sets of wide grip pulldowns and 25 minutes on the elliptical.  I'd prefer to do the stair climber, but I am trying to preserve my knees. 

I met a random powerlifter dude tonight, who had plenty of advice to offer, of course... he told me that my deads look more like good mornings.  I guess I'm not using my hips and legs enough.  ::)

Bench last night...shirt workout!!

I almost forgot how challenging it is to work with the bench shirt, but I was quickly reminded on the first set.   :P

BENCH
warmup - bar x 15, 95 x 10, 135 x 5
SHIRT ON...Air turns all the way, no boards used. 
I didn't touch my chest on any of the reps during this workout, but I came pretty close.  I got closer and closer with just about every set.  The objective was to try to stay in the groove the whole time.

205 x 1 - this one was ugly.  I was playing around with the shirt, trying to get it to sit a little differently on me, and this one didn't go so well.  So we stopped and re-adjusted the shirt.
205 x 2
225 x 2 (about 1 board)
235 x 1 (very close!)
245 x 1
245 x 1 (this one came closer than a 1 board)
225 x 2

RAW BENCH W/CHAINS
Weight is at the top with the chains (73 pounds)
213 x 3 - ridiculously heavy, I was gassed from the shirt work.
Stopped and adjusted the links on the chains
208 x 3
208 x 3 - still ridiculously heavy.  I felt my butt lift on a couple reps. 

All in all, it wasn't a terrible workout, given that it was my first time with the shirt and my first time under that much weight in almost 2 months.

30 mins of very light cardio yesterday morning. 

I'm going to get back in the gym tonight to do the speed squats and abs, and then take 2 days off training.

Thanks, guys...we'll see what happens over the next couple of months as I continue to drop body weight.  The shirt is already fitting me differently than it did 2 months ago.

I have taken a few vids here and there, but I'm still too shy to post them.  :-[
Maybe in a few more weeks when I am a bit leaner!

I have a decent bench clip using the chains that I may post up...the angle I set the camera at makes it a bit more of a crotch shot than I originally hoped for, which is why I didn't post it...but after watching Magoo's 225 for reps video, it's actually not as bad as I originally thought.   ;D

Last night was speed squat work and some random stuff.

SQUATS (SPEED)
warmup - bar x 15
95 x 6/2 sets
135 x 3/5 sets

Dumbell Bicep Curls - 5 sets

Abs - 2 sets unweighted crunches x 20, 3 sets weighted cable crunches x 15

48 minutes AM cardio, and 45 mins AM cardio this morning
