Well diet is pretty easy really... for the first 3 weeks I eat steak, chicken, eggs, and some fish, EAS value whey aiming for around 400g of protein
Carbs I kept around 400 mostly through whole wheat bagels, some oatmeal, and whole wheat toast
Gradually as the show gets closer I cut the carbs until Im down to around 100, then I cut the saturated fats steak first then the eggs, then the chicken, until I am only eating fish for about 2 weeks with half a cup of oats or so per day with dark green veges
the fish only thing has been a real bitch to follow cuz well I hate fish
