he said they're down to the last 2 or 3% of the money, and iraq won't be getting more.

oddly, bush has twice VETOED legislation requiring iraq to REPAY the US for all the $ we've spent, in oil revenue.  I don't understand that.  Congress passed it twice, bush declined it twice.

Iraqi has tens of billion in surpluses, including $30 bil sitting in US banks.

They're rich.  And with no social programs, like welfare or health care, the govt just holds all that oil revenue.

Iraq has only committed $183 million to reconstruction to this date.  LMAO...  We spend that every 8 hours.

Bush seems to want to destroy the american economy.  Its intentional how he votes agianst Iraq funding their own freedom (if you can call it that).    Yes Iraq is operating on a HUGE surplus in the bank, but Bush wont let them pay the bill, he makes our children do it!!!
He must be going to retire there or something.     Prolly Dubai as its close..... >:(

I don't believ he wants to destroy our economy but goddamit these bastards need to repay the us or we need to clone Saddam and move out. How about they just pay to rebuild their own country.  ::)
