but im not sure lee could make his chest any bigger, so in order to create the illusion of a bigger chest he would have to back of the presses and do more laterals.

When did Lee stop doing presses? He's done them in every one of his training videos... his last one I think he was doing 3 plates on the smith like a week out from the show.

Ahhhh...yes he would. I thought you meant he already did. I know Lee has said he never trained his traps though... although his traps look pretty good.

I don't think Lee's ever come in off, and he's the one who gets in the worst shape in the offseason. Did you know when they made the Hulk movie they used Lee for the running, jumping etc... I thought that was pretty cool.

yeah he never comesin in 'off' perse, but he has came in with soft glutes and hams a couple of times.   from the front he is ALWAYS nails.
