How important do you think it is to take them when training+ how much should i take.

also do i count for  the amino's that are in my protine powders? or is that like extra because most powder's lie about the exact amount of amino

just take 5 grams after you train or during if you feel you need more energy, BCAA's are great for delaying muscle fatigue during a workout.
