Is it an IUD?

might have to give it to you .....................
A 200 gram radical hysterectomy specimen with pelvic and periaortic lymph node dissections were received fresh. The specimen was opened anteriorly revealing a 5 by 3.7 by 2 cm bulky exophytic mass involving the posterior and lateral cervix. ( Image 01) This tumor involved 75% of the cervical wall, but did not extend into the endomyometrium. The vaginal cuff , parametria and bilateral adnexa were grossly free of tumor. A copper IUD was placed in the uterine cavity.
