Vince lied abuot being at the Arnold, he lied about some silly precontest diet at 1100 calories per day, he lied about spending $5k on a website, when it turned out the site was a cookier cutter affiliate deal.

The problem is, Goodrum thinks he is an expert.

He needs to hire someone that can push him in his diet and training.

He has shown no improvement whatsoever so this makes me think that he is going to bring the same package time and time again. No cuts, no size, nothing.

You need serious critiques to make you realize that you are doing something wrong in your approach to training and nutrition....

I still train daily and completely natural at this point....ran my last cycle about a month ago and decided to take time to let my body go back to its normal natural levels...sometimes you lose focus in life on what really matters at the end of the day and for me its not bodybuilding...I love working out and feeling good but I dont think I will ever waste my time trying to accomplish damn straited glutes and 3 hours of cardio just to tan up for a trophy

when you compete it should not be for a trophy, just a challenge to always best the shape you presented in your last show.

I know that yuo arent satisfied with how your body looked at your last show...dont you want to improve on that and show people what youve accomplished?

It's the honest truth I have met alot of great people when I worked with MD and also saw alot of shit that made me say screw competing and get back to life and being happy with who you are and not what a judge says that you are not....Look at half the judges and what they look like....Steve Weinberger is a great guy and I value his opinion but some other judges need to look in the mirror and also get an eye exam....THE OLYMPIA WAS PROOF!!!

honestly if you are in it to show people whom you may not know or may never know what you accomplished is something I wouldnt lose sleep over...As I said sometimes you lose focus on what is really important in life and seeking a judges approval over your closest family and friends is just plain stupid....so many people get bitchy cranky and hate everyone when getting ready for a show and all to get the recognition of a judge yet your friends and family take a beating from it....now there is a great idea if you ask me

I am 6'4 but more like I lost my focus on more important things because there is no such thing as success truly in this sport unless you find a niche Like Palumbo or Nichols because after you are done then what by 40 you have to find a job that you never had to do your whole life and live in a apartment and struggle to make ends meet and ZERO medical coverage or 401k or retirement
