Nutritionally, there's more minerals and fiber in oatmeal. Less carbs (& calories) (cup for cup) in grits. Grits are a byproduct of corn.
What about CREAM OF BROWN RICE CEREAL??

Grits and eggs mixed together is some good stuff!!! People think I am crazy when I do it, but it tastes great.

Hey all just wanted to get opinions on which is more beneficial for bodybuilding nutrition Grtis or Oatmeal? I personally like both, but what are the pros and cons of these foods?
Doesn't look very appetizing either, my Father use to do it for years and I thought it was sooo nasty, Dad is from the south, so I think it may be a southern thing.
