and yes..i'm attached to a 250lb chuck of iron.
the form is aight, not the most ideal, but considering the heavy weight your allowed a lil slacking on the form.. butthe part thats bugging me is at the very top, your not contracting at all! at least your getting the stretch at the bottom, but the contraction which IMO is the most important part of the lift is not being down...
ALSO, the 130lb at my gym look that same size... maybe you accidently multipled the 130lb roughly by 2 to change it to kg
they look way too small for 250lbs.
