Are you mad enough to toss a pink dumbbell?

Um, I own 2 sets of pink dumbbells. AND I pump them 20+ reps per set ! ! !  What's wrong with either?  LOL

Well then you are the stupid one my friend. 18 to 20 reps is way too many reps for bi's, paticularly for a natty. Its ok though, we all make mistakes when we are beginners ;)

Not true at all. It all depends on the guy's makeup. Whether he's fast or slow twitch dominant.

I was doing DB bicep curls at my gym today, got talking to a Personal Trainer who told me I should try lowering my reps to 6-10 per set instead of 18-20reps per set. Where do they find these idiots!!!!! >:(
what did you say after you put down that pair of 15's?

lee preist likes low reps for arms. craig titus likes high reps for arms.

and before anybody says anything about lees arms being better than titus's, realize that lee is five foot nothing, and then go look at titus early in his career when his triceps looked like a herd of kittens went to town with their claws on his inner and outer heads.

hahahahaa, we 've got a 65 year old "trainer" at my gym who can't lift a 130 pound dumbbell off the rack to wipe the chalk off of it, the "managers" told him to do it and he was complaining that he couldn't lift it. ;D
