Well, that stupid ass sheriff is going to end up costing the taxpayers million of dollars.

This is what happens when you have HS grads and GED's as the only educational reuirement foir PD positions.

In CA there can be NO strip search for misdemeanor charges-only felony. I amsure there are similar laws where this happened (or there should be).

In addition it is a federal civil rights claim to have members of the opposite sex conduct a strip search.

This case will NEVER see the inside of a courtroom-EVER.

Whoever represents the Sheriff will tell him to settle or face a 7 or 8 figure judgement at trial.

I can tell you right now if I had this case it would be game over for the sheriff and his flunkies-he would be toast. I would rip him and the deputies a new ass in court.

The lady called 911 cause she was punched in the face at her home by her cousin. She eneded up getting arrested taken to jail, had her clothes ripped off her for no good reason by 7 men and women, was left naked in a jail cell for 6 hours. After 6 hours they brought her out of the cell with nothing on but a vest and led her naked through the jail. She was originally brought in and charged with resisting arrest but was later dropped. A lot of the tape was some how lost.  by the department. She  suffered a chipped tooth ruptured disk cuts and bruises from being roughed up. She was never asked to take her clothes off or even informed that they were going to be taken off, not that it would have been lawful anyway. She kept asking or screaming what they were doing. She thought they were going to gang rape her.

Seems that this is a common practice in Stark county as a couple more women have come forward with similar stories.

Last time a cop messed with me (a cop refusing to write report/document a situation where a relative was in trouble, because they were just plain lazy), I wrote down his name and his partners name and politely promised to have a website up in 2 hours detailing the situation.  Then I promised his superiors would get the website, as would the local media by the end of business today, and I'd work my ass off to get it national, as " I had done with sites before where the system was just failing hard working law abiding folks".

Yeah, I was obnoxious, but the cop's partner convinced him to do the report after all.  They didn't want heat generated for their refusal to do their job duties.   If a cop ever abused my civil rights today, I'd probably spend 2 hours a night working to destroy him for it.  Some people let that stuff go (they get roughed up or whatever and just walk away).  I think I'd keep pushing it.

I agree that there comes a time that you must take a stand eventually when it comes to your rights being grossly violated. When I deal with the police I am extremely nice and cooperative. The last thing I need is a cop feeling threatened by me because of my size. That way if it ever would go to court my attitude would not be an issue as far as not being cooperative.

how many times have you been stopped by police in your life?  haha  i was pulled over by a traffic unit for having a brake lamp out.  that's the only time.  was polite, civil and respectful...was issued a warning and got the brake light fixed.

Police and soldiers are pawns used by the elite to protect property and assets.  Fighting other crime is secondary and they are generally pretty inefficient at doing it.  If they weren't, doors wouldn't need locks.

I have been stopped maybe 10 times in my life.  None in the last few years.  They used to be weary of the gun, when I was a permitted/carrying 22-year old, but now that I'm 30 they could care less.  I am very repectful and polite and would never be one of those obnoxious pricks... but the moment I sense my right being violating, I'm requesting a supervisor and a video camera and anything else my rights include.  And if they violate one right, well then 240 just got a cause lol...

Cops have a HUGE reponsibility to use their power wisely.  When they fvck with polite, law-abiding people, they need to be exposed for it.  Sure, they can crack a few junkie skulls when need be, and I don't care if they beat on dealers.  But when Joe Sixpack is polite and they treat him like shit, look out nelly...
