Way too many f'n haters here.  Sure this dude is carrying some extra BF but he is strong as an ox.  Even if he dropped 75 lbs, he'd still have more muscle on him than 90% of the "people" on here.

I was doing that weight last summer pretty easy.  Put I usually pause at the bottom.  I want to start lifting heavy again around June or July.  One month heavy shoulders I could do that weight pretty easy.  I promise when I do it I will video it so you can see.  And is that guy wearing a bench shirt too.

I was doing that weight last summer pretty easy.  Put I usually pause at the bottom.  I want to start lifting heavy again around June or July.  One month heavy shoulders I could do that weight pretty easy.  I promise when I do it I will video it so you can see.  And is that guy wearing a bench shirt too.

A bench shirt doesn't work for shoulder presses, stud.

cuz Onlyme does not work out.  He started off good for about a month but went downhill fast.
