a 365 bench is very good for most anyone and he ate a lot of eggs, milk, beef, chicken and all the staples back then.

Exactly, theres a lot of discussion, some are rediculous, 500lb bench, ''I wouldnt put it past him'', and other crap etc, what I would like see is some info on his real lifts, theres a bit about his routines.

the only thing Arnold ever did with a 500 pound bench was watch someone else do one or read about one.

I dunno man, I mean it's possible, he could of been very watery and bulked so I wouldn't put it past him!!!! I've done near that for a couple of reps, so I don't have any problems with Arnold doing it!!!!

Pollux, after all the pictures I've seen, I feel Arnold's best combo of size and shape was at the 74 Olympia. Even his legs were much bigger and all around he looked fuller and thicker, with good cuts, than ever before. Would you agree?

Well, through pictures, I've only seen Arnold do a 385 lbs. bench and 319 lbs. bent-over barbell rows.
