Arnold was very strong, 365 pound bench for a couple of reps, 400 pound squats and 300 pound bb rows, very good strength for the time.
When was this, in his teens or middle to late twenties? And what weight do you think, 250lb?
those were his real lifts in his prime whether you want to accept it or not.

Exactly, theres a lot of discussion, some are rediculous, 500lb bench, ''I wouldnt put it past him'', and other crap etc, what I would like see is some info on his real lifts, theres a bit about his routines.
I dunno man, I mean it's possible, he could of been very watery and bulked so I wouldn't put it past him!!!! I've done near that for a couple of reps, so I don't have any problems with Arnold doing it!!!!
