well he makes money winning shows not walking around all year juiced up to the gills, doing that will give him serious sides

in addition getting off the slin gh ifg and givning the body a break as well as stopping to train for 6-8 weeks then redoing it will give you amazing quality size gains once you start back up and as anyone knows getting back to the size you already had is easy

If you compare him to his pre-contest pics or even his recent contest showings, you can tell there's been a huge drop in weight - maybe as much as 20 - 25 lb. Here are a few pics of him a few weeks out of this years Ironman - tell me you can't see a difference

Smaller, relatively, oh yes. I was just responding to the typical Getbigger who looking at that photo dismisses Phil as 'small.' If I stood next to him, now that would be small. Dude is a big big man, just not at his largest.

Heath is a very smart man, your body can only take hormones so long or its Health issues or Palumboism.

I used to take 16 weeks off after a cycle and i used for 10 years, now natural for 4.

Still i abused and my Doctor says that i have increased my chances of a heartattack forward by 20 years

Yeah got married then divorced, then married her again. He wasn't not only the married Muscle Machine, but a playa as well. I've heard stories about him at Cancun Catina  ;)
