many of you are ill hearted with every posts and your physiques are the mirror image of it

much like a mirr-acle or your mirror oracle and what it shows the world at your character , what lessons you learn,what baggage of karma you still hold-bodyfat-diseases ect.

some on like leafy bug for example is one of the most bitter posters he only looked good competition time when he was on steroids but is brutally bitter from there on out plus no pictures to show off his rebounded physique of shit

someone like bast on the other hand i beleive is a short man who doesnt have much confidence left but is a nice enough guy to actually make it, he does make some angry comments sometimes, but this man carrys his burden of karma fairly well and maintains a great physique all through out, hes coming right along. he is facing his issues head on he knows he has no choice but to go foward, he knows the depths of inner hell but this kid is fairly positive so thats a start in the right direction. one of the best shortman physiques. his lack of height is the mirror oracle of his past lives and the positive and negative karma wich he bears, he is on the right path though sometimes slips

alex 23 very deceptive angry postings, multiple gimmick acounts always bashing me after ive been nice to guy , much terrible bloated physique as the mirror oracle of his karma balance

epic monster- great dude tells it like it is, listens to prophetic words of danzig for the truth, has a fantastic physique to prove he knows the ways of karma and will destroy anyone who wishes to cross his path however he waits for the attack on him wich he prevails always because he has the superior physique

no one-always angry huge breasts starting fights all the time with board members need i say more

chaos- fat and bald, not a good phsyique but not terrible, an angry man who fluctuates sometiems for good and bad

figgs- probably the top 2 or 3 most enlightend posters, great physique, not that tall, he may be 7feet tall and shredded in his next life if he doesnt ascend in this life seems to be an all around great dude

candidate- carrys the burden of karma demons everywhere, fluctuates madly with his phsyique and with his personality fluctuations dependantly upon eachother. he has the potential to dive or thrive wich road will he take

sevestase- a previously fluctuating member of personality but now is on the right path and a great phsyique he was rewarded with

Interesting, although I dont think Onlyme is a terrible person so that kind of breaks your law.

hes given up on life and is waiting for his next incarnation

onlyme is just a tad bitter, but gets his most joyus feelings from food, so the man is happier than we think or know because we are not as involved in the pleasures of food as he is

youve made great improvements spinnis, may you seek to improve further not only for yourself but how the bigger story of a perfected physique shall bless all whom wich you contact with in a helpful way, then shall you be revealed the inner secrets, data, knowledge, choices to make in order to become more perfected

listen with your heart as to what is right, make documentation, think of a worldly plan, not self centerd, one day people like you will have to take care of worlds and know how to structure a perfect loving environment. this is what we are being groomed and tested for on this planet, if we can see the plan and make a move on it, becuase a loving dream is immortal, when you create positive energy its called the 100th monkey effect, create these good energys it will come back to you in rewards and inner secrets that make you a greater all around person

Do you think that it could be a connection to that and the release of GH of testo in your body?
Maby when you feel good your mind wants to make your body turn into a greek god and
therefor helps you build a decent ammount of muscle!

im glad you see the interconnectivities and the results

the truest path that makes everyone happy never fails

think tom prince and craig titus. all they cared about is there OWN personal success and triumphs, i remember as a youth looking at there pages in old flexs mags being inspired by what i thought was near ideal. but in there failure they exploited it out of lust and no respect for themselves and others. i hear may accounts of them being cocky and treating many rudely, even tom prince always had an attitude on mayhem

dont just strive to be slightly better than a tom prince or craig titus. strive to be a person of caregiving truth and fairness. be the person who magnetises positive energies towards themselves from the works of your good deeds and then you will be set free to enjoy higher pleasures in the saftey of the ever loving presence, for the higher being knows that you will continue to obey the law of one love and reward you as long as you dont become a fallen angel and fall from your personal heaven.

Look at this. He runs through his opinions of some of the board's posters, but don't draw reference to the board's heartbeat, ie the *Big 6* of Howie, mars, 240, me donkeykong and gh15. The man gives us major league posters respect by not drawing reference.

it helps when you are an only child at a young age and clueless on how to socialize with other youths as an isolated child, so i started to study others from an early age to get some sort of insight on how to understand . it helps that i also started out tall and fat, if i was lean with a natural six pack abs without having to work at it first i wouldve never studied upon life lessons, i would have just over indulge and oversexed myself to death probably. i carried much karma from my previous life, i was probably a good soul in past life but not the best , to be rewarded with great height and safety in my life.

arnold was a great man always treated everyone with love and respect. im sure he has learned many lessons that are kept private from us, but arnold is a very intelligent highly evolved soul

yes and ronnie coleman is the most likeable guy on the scene i would not be suprised to see him make a great comeback, but i feel he may have paid his dues in his reign and its time for a new champion with better karma or perhaps pro bodybuilding these days is the biggest lure of BAD karma ?now with everyone whoever was chasing ronnie towards the goal of outdoing him trying every substance out of greed and only self propellment with no true loving plan as a champion and abassador as a champion who gives back to the people in a good way of truth and love, NOT a champion who boasts that they are the champion and a champion with no real feelings of needing to have a role of influence to be a better person upon the masses . who knows exactly why things go the way they do but with a loving insight we get many clues from within, so take note of these thoughts. i used to think it was silly for guys to write things down on a pad when working out, how far i have come though out of the whole that i have fallen many times to realize all previous thoughts were badly conditioned by society to think in a negative manner, and not a wholistic wordly caring maner

GREATFULL DEEP BREATHS

practice these whenever

especially during a workout or a prolonged set where you rest pause still holding the dumbells, then sort of slip into a breif transe with your eyes closed takeing in huge amounts of air, and think GREATFULL DEEP BREATHS, you will find that you attain more energy and attain more happyness, it makes the workout much more blissful and productive. you will be suprised at what heights you can excell your workout with this method
