Author Topic: I need a help Getbigers! (Read 2850 times)

I was away from this board for concentrating on my preparation.
And I can resist anything(Hard two times cardio, extremely low carb etc).
But one thing, I cant resist is
NO DRINKING WATER AND HAVE TO WORK ALL DAY!

My trainer made me do it today and i am two weeks out now.
Now 18:25. Still around 15hrs to go!(Next morning i can drink)

So Please give me some spiritual power!!!!!

I saw an interview with him where he stated that keeps his water intake pretty high, 3-4 gallons

Yes. I was drinking that much water to eliminate sodium until 2 days ago....But now..

Yeah!!!!! Thats the motivation!!!!
This is the pic of last week( No pump and super deplated..). But Way far from these shredded machines

But still I have time!! My Bodyfat is 7%!

Super good Question.
I did it to my trainer too.
Then I told him that it was no use if i drink and water come back again.
Then he told me that it wouldnt!. And even with cientific reson he explained to me.

I did it in the past and my cut almost(Not 100%) stay same a couple of weeks.
Still I cant understand well what he told me. But from my experience, i know it works.

My trainer has produced numerous europe champs and he is 3rd place in the welterweight of world mateur championships.
Also he is one of the ifbb-spain oficial.
So he is not stupid.
