Thanks for those pictures, Neck.

Just some side info here ...... There's a fat kid about 14 -15 years old down the street. For a couple of years now, he stands on his porch and yells at anyone who is not as fat as he is. A couple of the neighborhood older kids have invited him to join the gym three blocks further down the street to get him in shape but he always runs into the house when anyone approaches with an invite.

The gym owner runs a free and daily two-hour training program for the neighborhood kids immediately after school and has even talked to this kid's dad to invite him to the gym to train with the rest of the kids, but even the father says it's hopeless.

One of the younger kids recently pinned a note on his front door with some simple advice .... "Go on the internet and JOIN GETBIG!"

alright ive gott to say that i agree with sf...i dont know why you went there in a shirt too small with your sleeves, not rolled up, but pulled up... honestly, if i knew i was going to be around guys like wolf, ronnie, ruhl, heath.... id be wearing a size xxxl sweater with two layers underneath and sweat pants and probably some shoes with platform soles as well.
