Not talking about competition here. That I know what 253 in 1968. I'm referring to offseason weight. He seemed to be his heaviest while still in Europe. I have read 260, as well as 280.

Does anyone know for sure what he weighed at 6'1"-6'2"?

At 2:35pm on the 23rd of September 1967 Arnold weighted a massive 292 after a hearty traditional Germain feast of Germain sausage, that stinky cabbage stuff, Beers, Jager shots and the eyebrow raising peach snaps.

Back in the day, I worked as a trainer in a NYC gym where Arnold used to train when he was in town. Someone asked him this question. I personally heard him say 280.

Well, he made the joke about Lou's mother making him supper and him going up to 280 pounds. I know he hovered around the 260 mark offseason. I was just curious as to what his MAX was. If anyone read it anywhere.

I was about to mention that comment Arnold made about bulking up to 280. I doubt he was ever over 260.

I would imagine so...

That was Arnold's last Olympia other than 1980 where he grew into his contest shape via the Levrone method. When he was talking in that bus, he joked about 280 as if it was almost unrealistic to propose it. 260 sounds about right as you originally stated.
