i admit it, i have an NO supp addiction.

i used NO Xplode for a while, now it's White Flood and i even bought some of muscletech's NANO Vapor in a moment of weakness.
now the directions for Results says to take it an hour before the workout, does that mean i should avoid the NO or take a smaller dose or something? i'm more than happy to crank back my number of supps i own, but at the same time i love the NO buzz.
what say ye?
