Great video very long (40 mins) Full body workout..great flexibility, lots of stretching, handstand pushups. Looks amazing, Strips down to vest and shorts later in the video Legs look HUGE!!!

I love listening to him.The guy seems super burnt like hes a real burner,that itsamusing.He never really answers a question.Funny dude.I was a little disapointed by his training.I thought he could squat 800 ass to heels with no gear.135 seems a long way from 800.

I think he has the best hamstrings in bodybuilding right now, judging from that video anyway, some of the best overall legs actually, decent calves aswell.
