plus i cant even take creatine i only have one kidney so steroids would wreck me.

long story short...took creatine...put me inhospital...got very sick...kidney now does not work...tried to remove it...i sed no...get sick time to time...cant eat certain foods and take v little protein.

it says on tub if have kidney problems dont use. i never knew.

just a genetic weakness that was exploited by creatine.

thinking back for a few years i got terrible pains in side to point i just vomitted on right side. same side that packed in. only now thinking back i know what it was. really knocked me for 6. terrible pain. i mean really really bad. lose weight cant eat etc.

No, just what the tub said. I loaded then after 5 days 1 scoop per day. I was fine for 3 weeks then within an hour of feeling discomfort when in PE in school i was rushed by the VP to hospital vomitting and barely being able to stand.

I bough chocolate and shit and had in my school blazer and when i was in hospital she gave that shit to my wee sister. coulda killed her. I was actually looking forward to it coming home after being in hospital for over a week. Was off school for 2 weeks more. And for the next 4-5 months i was in and out of school.

Was only ther to get girlfriend an american visa so never done much more than taking the 300 bus from airport to city centre, then the 8a to the embassy, then walk to hotel. was a bit studentville where e stayed but lots of wee nice restaurants to eat. I got told belfast used to really smell at low tide is that true?? smelled ok to me

Looks like you train to heavy for someone thatwants to do bodybuilding comps.... you're just kinda lumpy with no real shape to your muscles. Good size, but the muscle bellies don't seem to be popping out...
