Ok, we all know Markus tore his chest, but these pics just taken show he filled the gap. how was this done?

note in pic one, there looks like their is spreading of the upper pecs, but nonetheless, he looks like he fixed that repair in the lower pecs.

He said in an MD interview that he'll have a lil pec surgery after the last Olympia. Don't know what they did exactly.

It's a pity that the freakiest chest ever got fucked up....

(like, with Coleman, the freakiest back ever got fucked up...what irony)

Considering that he has already wrinkles in his face at 330 pds, I wonder how his skin will look like at 140 pds lighter.

I think that's just the "aged" look. But he'll definitely have extra skin if he ever drops down to a normal weight.

not sure what he's had put in there. could be just some fatty tissue, but as his pecs continue to get worse, he'll likely have to keep putting more in there. his pecs are spreading further away from the sternum, ala scott steiner.

he 100% tore it, but not in the usual way. the tendons have torn off the sternum, not the humerus. look at Scott Steiner - that's a very bad case of what Ruhl has.

steiner has no chest though as in NOOOOOOO muscle at all.....he tore the whoel chest or something.

yeah, he tore alot of it. but it was a slow process over about 5 years. in early 2001, small tears were starting to show, in 2003 bigger tears similar to Ruhl's (see middle pic), and by the time he was in TNA (2006) it was the way you see it today.

if he keeps doing whatever it is that caused the tear, yes. and that could be anything from minor physical activity to hard training. he could keep pumping it with fat and see how it looks, or maybe get implants.
