hmmmmm
Lifted a keg up almost over my head because i was told i couldnt do it and hurt my back for a few weeks......
shoulder pressed my bro and one of his friends when they were younger by holding their stomachs (were about 95lbs each)....before you talk sht try it with PEOPLE
Squat 495x3 DEEP (i give credit to big squatters, you have NO idea how much tension builds up in your upper back and entire body with that kind of weight...seeing Platz do it for 23 was amazing)
Front raised 100lb dumbells with a swing for 8 reps each (even with a swing, try it before you talk)
ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
how about a firemans carry at 140lbs (junior in high school) with a 350lb gym teacher on my back playing around in class
offered to help a guy get his dead battery huge pickup out of the drive through at taco bell (didnt realize it was downhill!) so i told him to get in and steer and i could handle pushing it....that was probably the HARDEST thing iv ever done, cuz it was comin back on me if i didnt push with everything i had....and i was 230 at the time! Dripping sweat after that in the freezing cold cuz i was too lazy to go INSIDE taco bell for my food (but i pushed a truck?) probably one of the more idiotic idea's iv had
