Carb deplete for 7 days, then 50 garms of carbs a day, breakfest and lunch. Breakfest should be a small bowel of Oatmeal (the real shit, no sugar), and a hand full brown rice or a 1/1 of a sweet patato or a 1/2 yam for lunch. Cut calorie intake to about 1000 cal. a day. Eat 6 to 8 meal a day. Simple carbs at dinner like in veges. In a month you should drop at least 10 to 15 lbs. maybe more.
