That's not possible. Ronnie looked as he did in 2003 far before 2003:

Ronnie simply over-dieted in 2000-2002 (especially 2002). Ronnie did not gain 42 pounds of muscle in one year. He simply had the balls to compete at a weight he was able to compete at three years earlier. My guess is that Ronnie was so far ahead of his time in 2000, that the mere thought of competing at 285 would have been absurd. He was literally a decade ahead of his time in 2000, if not more.
Jay on the other hand, has reached his peak long ago, and there is no way he will be gaining 42 pounds of muscle while simultaneously presenting amazing conditioning. The best he can hope for is 2001, 2005, or 2006, and if he can do so, I would say he will win.
