today i did legs in the gym

when i was 2 sets in on the legpress a huge animal guy asked me if i was done i said i have 2 sets left and he left

i bet you pussies would agreed to have him work in !! WELL NOT ON MY WATCH

there was a shortage of hot chicks today i dont know why but it was.

when doing seated legpresses and pumping away i had this dream about walking naked in the sand on a beach, it was magical.

i skipped calves.

how was your gym experience?

I finished 3 chapters of my current novel in between sets of military presses.   During laterals I had a dream about world peace and then found a cure for cancer.

today is back day...t minus an hour and a half... heavy deadlifts are number one one the list for todayy... time to thicken up that back!!

Yesterday was chest and arms. I drove past the gym to Wendy's. It was a beautiful day.
