ECA Stack and Dosage

    What is the effective dosage of Ephedrine in Mg.? I stacking Bayer 325 Mg., 200 Mg. Caffeine and Bronkaid(has 25 Mg. of Ephedrine) dosing at 6:00 AM and a second around 10:45-11:00 AM. I'm thinking about a 3rd dose around 3:45 PM or so, depends on how I feel the next few days.

are you saying 200mgs of ephedrine? That seems high?

100-200 mg aspirin

1-4 times a day.

If you take a single dose of the stack i gave above on a empty stomach first thing in the morning and do your cardio, that only will get you far in loosing fat.

honestlyy it doesnt really matter. its not like they compete for absobtion or anything.

personaly, i like to use the minimum effective dosage. 25 mg ephedrine, 200mg caffiene, 81 mg aspirin

i agree, you really should not take more them 100mg of ephedrine day, and i would take white willow extract insted of the aspirin. i did a 2 year health and nutrition classes, we diid a whole lect. on aspirin and other pain killers. they can cause liver damege and stomach ulcers.white willow extract dose the same thing as aspirin but withing the dameges.

ASPIRIN is there to 'relax' your veins, so to avoid some of the possible sides...

To avoid a rise in BP and in resting heart rate. E does this to a degree anyway, but when there's aspirin it "lessens" it. Also because aspirin relaxes veins the caffeine and E can better do their job. (I'm too tired to give a more scientific answer, but you get the point).

The ECA studies used a 10:1 ratio, 200mg caffeine:20mg ephedrine. If you want take aspirin I would only take one baby aspirin a day.

You want to boost it further, chew 1mg of worth of nicotine in a gum.

Yeah i did eca minus the asprin for a bit...my face was RED RED RED. BP was prolly through the roof. USE ASPRIN FOLKS!

Sorry, but you are mistaken. The active ingredient in aspirin is salitysalic acid (spelled european way). The active ingredient in tylenol is paracetamol, they are two different drugs and paracetamol does not help in any ECA stack...

Well it seems to help me at least. Down here aspirin has been replaced with paracetamol for a long time and i havent heard of anybody saying the stack doesnt work.

If you take caffeine and ephedrine with allmost anything it will still do the job, burns fat, keeps you awake etc. But as far as helping with the sides i don't think that tylenol does the same thing that aspirin does. Sure, it will help with the headaches from E, but does not help with the cause of it. Also, tylenol is pretty toxic to the kidneys.

Thats correct. I start my diet with caffeine only and then I introduce ephedrine about 4 weeks in.
